This means that there will only be one If you have a registered domain name and or a web hosting account you may have come across the term "domain name resolution". Nameservers are used in order for domain names to point to specific web servers. When the domain points to these name servers across all (or most) servers on the net, the domain is said to have resolved (or propagated). Most Internet Service Providers update their DNS tables with the latest routing information at least once each day. When an ISP has not updated their DNS tables, it is said that the domain has not resolved. It should not take more than 24 to 48 hours for your domain name to resolve to its new web server. If you wish to learn more about your domain name(s) and web hosting account, please contact our Customer Support Dept. at 888-511-HOST.
