Cell Phones For Kids

15 years ago this would probably never been considered, a cellular phone company which caters to kids. We are referring to a company called kajeet, which is a pay-as-you-go cellular phone provider that has been in business to the general public since March 2007. This may sound odd at first, although kajeet is has been gaining momentum and seems to be doing quite well. kajeet plans do not have any long-term contracts or activation fees. kajeet has been running television ads on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and other kid-oriented broadcast outlets since April of this year and in mid-March they began selling their products and services at Best Buy. kajeet has been featured on television and magazines all over the world and has created some buzz within the cellular phone industry. So when you think that an industry may be impossible to get into, think again. kajeet had a unique idea and they have now raised over $36 million in venture capital.
