Feedback
Customer satisfaction always comes first at iPowerWeb, we are always working to please our users. It does not matter if you are paying under $100 year for our BusinessPro Plan or over $129 per month for a Dedicated Server - everything we do is to please our users. It does not matter how much you pay us, how long you have been hosting with us for, or even how many sites you have with us; we treat all of our users the same way...Great. We love to hear from our users on how we are doing. In our Help Center we have a section dedicated to user feedback - and we love to see it being used. We hope that you will use the feedback section in order to provide us with tips on how we could better serve our users. It is true that we are always working to please our clients, but we are always looking to better ourselves as well. So if you ever have any concerns or recommendations please do not hesitate, we would love to hear from you. If for some reason you do not want to use our web site in order to provide us with feedback, you could always call us.

Instead of using the website, I will provide some feedback here. I have been hosting my web site with IpowerWeb since January of 2007 and I am happy. I cannot say that i know very much about web hosting - my site with you is my first Internet web site and i am surprised at how good it is. I used your design services and I have a professional looking web site and host it with the best.
If you continue to do what you are doing, I will start telling all my friends about you and maybe even setup another site with you. Nice job. If I had to give you a letter grade it would be an A.
